Join us Wednesday, December 7 here in the Student Services Building for yoga. The session will be run by MSU's Rachel Morris, and will include 45-50 minutes of breathing exercises and gentle movement with a focus on stress reduction. The class can be done with a chair (provided), but we'll also have mats. You're encourage to wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat if you have one.

Have you been to the SVRC yet this year? If not, be sure to swing by when we’re open, Monday through Friday. We have lounge space, a small conference room for studying and group work, and two private study rooms with computers and free printing. We also have free snacks, pop, coffee, and Spartan Veteran shirts.
