Join the SVRC for a yoga class with Rachel Morris. Expect a 45-50 minute class consisting of breathing exercises and gentle movement with breath designed to help reduce stress. We'll provide yoga mats and blocks, as well as water and light snacks, so you just need to show up in comfortable clothes.
We have dedicated sessions for military dependents and for those who are veterans or are currently serving. While you are in no way required to attend a specific session, we hope these sessions help you network and find community with similar students.
