This workshop is designed as an in-person experience for military members, Veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military-connected students who want a clearer understanding of how the VA home loan works and how it can be used as a long-term wealth-building tool.
Led by Marie Weidenhoeft and Melissa Ketchel, both experienced professionals in VA lending, the session will break down common myths about VA loans and provide practical, real-world guidance on preparing for homeownership. Whether you are considering buying a home soon or planning ahead for the future, this workshop will offer clear, usable information to support informed decision-making.
