This session is intended for students, faculty, and staff that are military veterans or currently serving.
Join the SVRC for a yoga class with Rachel Morris. Expect a 45-50 minute class consisting of breathing exercises and gentle movement with breath designed to help reduce stress. We'll provide yoga mats and blocks, as well as water and light snacks, so you just need to show up in comfortable clothes.
