SVA Yoga

Join us Wednesday, December 7 here in the Student Services Building for yoga. The session will be run by MSU's Rachel Morris, and will include 45-50 minutes of breathing exercises and gentle movement with a focus on stress reduction. The class can be done with a chair (provided), but we'll also have mats. You're encourage to wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat if you have one.

The class will be sensitive to those who have movement limitations and you don't need to have any prior experience to participate.
